Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using The Little Bounce Co. website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All rentals are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.

  • A security deposit of $100.00 and 50% of the total (non-refundable) shall be secured by a credit card or Zelle and be payable to The Little Bounce Co LLC, to reserve time, date and equipment.

  • Remainder payment is due by the morning of the party.

  • Your security deposit will be returned to you once we check that our equipment is in good condition (within 5-7 days). 

2. Liability & Safety

  • The Little Bounce Co. is fully licensed and insured.

  • An adult (18+) must supervise all children using the equipment at all times.

  • We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.

3. Equipment Use

  • All equipment must be used as intended and returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • Additional fees may apply for damage, excessive mess, or misuse.

  • We reserve the right to refuse setup if the area is unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., steep slopes, poor weather).

4. Weather Policy

In the event of rain or other inclement weather forecast on your date, you will be credited for your booking which may be applied to a future, available date within 12 months. Cancellations will be credited for a future reservation. Weather cancellations are made at our discretion. 

5. Site Requirements

  • Customers must provide a clean, flat, and safe area for setup, with access to electricity if needed and a hose hook up if water is used.

  • Please inform us in advance of any obstacles such as stairs, narrow entries, or access restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, and content on this website are the property of The Little Bounce Co. and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
