🧼 Clean & Sanitized Every Time:
Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities! All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every event.
🧷 Waterproof Diapers Required
All toddlers who are not potty trained must wear a waterproof diaper while using our equipment to help keep it clean for everyone.
🔌 Power & Space Requirements:
Please ensure you have a power source within 50 feet of the setup area and enough flat, grassy or turf space. No sharp rocks, steep hills, or gravel surfaces.
👶 Supervision is a Must
Adult supervision is required at all times during use. We do not provide attendants unless requested as an add-on.
☁️ Weather Policy
For everyone’s safety, we cannot set up in high winds, heavy rain, or lightning. If bad weather is forecasted, you may reschedule or receive a credit.
🚫 No Food, Drinks, or Face Paint
To keep our bounce houses in perfect condition, we ask that no food, drinks, glitter, confetti, or face paint be allowed inside the units.
💳 Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 24–48 hours before your event.
🪧 Signed Waiver Required
All rentals require a signed waiver. We’ll send this via email before your event.
